Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from East of Broad. Please review our return/exchange policy.
Returns: We offer store credit for any unworn item(s) returned. If you would like to return an item purchased from East of Broad, you must do so within 14 days of receipt of that item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/credit.
If you are approved, then your exchange/credit will be processed and you will be contacted. If your item is refused, you are responsible for the shipping cost associated with sending the item back to you.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an unworn item for a different size in the same style, send us an email at shop.eastofbroad@gmail.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: East of Broad, 1123 Country Club Drive, Ozark, AL 36360, United States
You will be responsible for shipping costs. We will not reimburse for any shipping costs.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size/style, you will be charged a $5 flat rate to ship the exchange back to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
